FILTER PRESS

Filter Presses are used in chemical, pharmaceutical, beverage industries, in the waste water treatment plants and where there is a liquid - solid separation.

FILTRA LQS Filter Presses are manufactured to operate at low pressure (7 bar) or high pressure (15 bar) and they can be manual, automatic, fully automatic and with simultaneous automatic discharge.
The filtering cycle is obtained by sending the suspension under pressure through the filtering cloths supported by the plates. The filtering cloths retain the solids forming the cake, and the liquid, pushed by the pressure, is sent out the filter.
Construction materials can be different depending on the characteristics of the handled products.
The Filters Press can be supplied with different size plates from 500 x 500 mm to 1500 x 1500 mm.
Membrane chamber plates with squeezing device are also available.

The filters can be supplied with all auxiliaries like feeding pumps, safety protections, drip tray, belt or screw conveyors for the discharged cake, cloths washing device and control panel with PLC to manage all filtration steps.
