RotoLeaf The Rotoleaf filter consists of a horizontal vessel, with conical bottom, containing the filtration leaves and the washing system able to scrub and to clean all their filtration surface. The interchangeable round leaves are all of the same size and mounted on a horizontal pipe, both as leaves support and filtrate drainage. The leaves are covered by filter media (cloth or screen) for uniform precoating and cake formation. The washing made during the rotation of leaves, after the cake build-up, allows the discharge of the cake. The cake abandons the vessel with the help of a spray nozzle through the conical bottom flange.

VertiLeaf VertiLeaf is a competitive pressure leaf filter with rectangular leaves mounted on the filtrate collector. The filtration leaves have decreasing area from the centre leaf, the symmetric ones having the same area. The cleaning is made by oscillating pipes with high impact nozzles scraping the total surface with washing liquid. The dry discharge is made automatically by a vibrating system, without opening the vessel, from the bottom drainage outlet.
