CORONET DISTILLATION
This new type of distillation plant with "coronet" condenser has been designed to obtain the best performance in the distillation of low and high boiling product.
The new condenser, directly installed on the reactor’s "dome", combines the advantages of vapour rise pipes inserted directly in the condenser.
This solution doesn't need all the piping and connections of classic installation, further increasing the condensing phase.
In addition, the extremely compact plant allows to save space in the installation site and also to keep all the working phases under control, thanks to the separation group connected to the condenser.
Like all our groups, this plant is also extremely versatile; it is possible to recycle the condensate (even by automated system) after the first condensation or to cool it before discharging to the recovery vessel; moreover, by changing the position of the ducts inside the phase separator, the plant allows you to separate the fluids based on different specific weights.

The separator group has been designed with great cooling exchange surface to "capture" and cool all the residual of the distillation, and it is provided with two large glass openings for monitoring the process.
Upon customer's request, it is also possible to connect the new type of distillation group to the existing reactors by adapting the connection flange of vapour rise tube or using a special connection designed for this purpose.
The distillation group "coronet" can easily be automated and it is made in compliance to the PED and ISO 9001.
Made of stainless steel AISI 316
All groups can be disassembled to allow for thorough cleaning in accordance to FDA requirements, and can be delivered separately.
